Directions: - Apply the product to the ear canal until it is wet. - Allow the earwax to soften for a few minutes and then wipe with gauze or cotton pad. - If necessary the process can be repeated. - If a large amount of earwax is present, particularly dark or black in colour (possible indication of mite infestation) then the canal can be externally massaged from bottom to top for approximately 1 minute to help mobilise the wax. - Do not use if eardrum is damaged.
